Brand Usage Guidelines

1. Purpose

These Brand Usage Guidelines explain how the AIZeryn name, logo, and related brand assets may be used by members of the public, press, partners, vendors, and other third parties. Consistent use of the AIZeryn brand helps protect its identity, avoids confusion, and ensures that communications accurately represent AIZeryn LLC. These Guidelines do not grant ownership of, or unrestricted rights to use, any AIZeryn trademark, logo, design, or other brand asset.

2. Our Brand

AIZeryn is the name of AIZeryn LLC, a company based in Tampa, Florida. The following are brand assets of AIZeryn LLC: The name AIZeryn; The AIZeryn logo; AIZeryn wordmarks, designs, graphics, and visual identifiers; Other names, slogans, symbols, or designs identified by AIZeryn as brand assets. AIZeryn's brand assets may be protected by trademark, service mark, copyright, or other applicable rights.

3. General Use Requirements

When referring to AIZeryn: Use the name AIZeryn exactly as written. Do not alter, abbreviate, pluralize, translate, or create variations of the AIZeryn name. Use the AIZeryn name as a brand name, not as a generic term. Use proper capitalization: AIZeryn, not "aizeryn," "AIZERYN," or other variations, except where technical formatting requires otherwise. Do not use the AIZeryn name in a way that is misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or likely to cause confusion. Do not imply that AIZeryn has reviewed, approved, sponsored, certified, or endorsed your organization, content, statement, or activity unless AIZeryn has provided express written authorization.

4. Logo Usage

The AIZeryn logo may be used only with permission from AIZeryn or pursuant to an express written agreement. If AIZeryn provides an approved logo file, use that file without modification.

Permitted Logo Use: Authorized users must: use only the current logo file supplied or approved by AIZeryn; preserve the logo's proportions, spacing, and overall appearance; display the logo at a size that remains clear and legible; maintain sufficient contrast between the logo and its background; keep the logo visually distinct from surrounding text, graphics, or other marks; use the logo only for the specific purpose and duration authorized by AIZeryn.

Prohibited Logo Use: Do not: stretch, compress, rotate, skew, crop, or otherwise distort the logo; change the logo's colors, typeface, proportions, or design elements; add shadows, outlines, gradients, effects, or other modifications; place the logo on a visually confusing, low-contrast, or busy background; combine the logo with another logo, mark, or design to create a new mark; use the logo as part of a domain name, social-media handle, organization name, advertising identifier, or merchandise without written permission; recreate, trace, redraw, or imitate the logo; use an outdated, unofficial, or low-quality version of the logo; use the logo in connection with unlawful, misleading, hateful, defamatory, or objectionable content.

5. Name and Logo Permission

Use of the AIZeryn name alone for a truthful, non-misleading reference may be acceptable in ordinary communications. Any prominent, commercial, recurring, or logo-based use requires prior written permission unless expressly authorized by an agreement with AIZeryn. Permission is limited to the specific use approved by AIZeryn. Permission to use the AIZeryn name does not automatically authorize use of the AIZeryn logo or any other brand asset. AIZeryn may withdraw permission at any time if a use becomes inaccurate, misleading, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these Guidelines.

6. Press and Media Use

Members of the press and media may refer to AIZeryn accurately in news reporting, commentary, or other editorial content. Press and media users should: use the AIZeryn name accurately and in context; avoid suggesting that AIZeryn has approved or endorsed editorial content; use only approved logo files when a logo is necessary and permission has been granted; contact AIZeryn for confirmation before using the logo in a prominent or recurring manner; correct any material misstatement or misleading presentation upon request. Use of AIZeryn brand assets in advertising, promotional content, sponsored content, or marketing materials requires prior written permission.

7. Partner and Vendor Use

Partners, vendors, contractors, and other business relationships may use the AIZeryn name or logo only as authorized in a written agreement or written approval from AIZeryn. Authorized partners and vendors must: follow these Guidelines and any additional written instructions; use the brand only in connection with the approved relationship or activity; clearly identify their own organization separately from AIZeryn; avoid presenting themselves as AIZeryn or as an authorized representative beyond the scope of their actual relationship; stop using AIZeryn brand assets promptly when the relationship or authorization ends. No partner or vendor may register or claim ownership of any domain name, social-media account, business name, trademark, service mark, or other identifier containing or confusingly similar to AIZeryn without AIZeryn's prior written consent.

8. No Endorsement or Affiliation

Unless AIZeryn has expressly agreed otherwise in writing, use of the AIZeryn name or logo does not indicate: sponsorship by AIZeryn; endorsement by AIZeryn; certification by AIZeryn; a partnership, agency, employment, or representative relationship; a joint venture or corporate affiliation; approval of any content, statement, organization, or activity. Do not use the AIZeryn brand in a manner that could reasonably cause a person to believe that AIZeryn supports, operates, controls, or is formally affiliated with another organization or activity.

9. Trademark Notices

AIZeryn may identify its unregistered trademarks or service marks with the ™ or SM symbol, as appropriate. The ® symbol may be used only for a mark that is federally registered in the United States and only in connection with the goods or services covered by that registration. Do not use ® for an AIZeryn mark unless AIZeryn has expressly confirmed that the applicable federal registration is active and covers the intended use. Where appropriate, an attribution notice may be used in substantially the following form: "AIZeryn and the AIZeryn logo are trademarks or service marks of AIZeryn LLC. All rights reserved." AIZeryn may update its preferred trademark symbols or attribution language as its legal rights and registrations develop.

10. Brand Assets and Logo Files

Official logo files and other approved brand assets must be obtained directly from AIZeryn or from a source authorized by AIZeryn. Do not download, copy, modify, or distribute AIZeryn brand assets from unofficial sources. AIZeryn may provide different file formats or versions for particular uses, including digital, print, monochrome, or accessibility needs. Use the version supplied for the applicable purpose. If no approved logo file has been supplied, do not recreate the logo or use an image obtained from an unverified source.

11. Digital and Social-Media Use

Do not use AIZeryn brand assets in a digital property, social-media account, online community, or publication in a manner that suggests the property is owned, operated, or officially managed by AIZeryn unless AIZeryn has provided written authorization. Do not: use AIZeryn in a username or account name without permission; create a page or account that appears to be an official AIZeryn channel; use the AIZeryn logo as an avatar or profile image without permission; purchase or use search advertising keywords in a way that falsely suggests affiliation; use AIZeryn branding to collect information, solicit payments, or communicate on behalf of AIZeryn without authorization. Truthful references to AIZeryn may be made in profiles, articles, posts, or other communications provided the reference is accurate and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

12. Copyright and Other Rights

These Guidelines address use of AIZeryn brand assets only. They do not grant permission to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from AIZeryn website content, written materials, photographs, graphics, or other copyrighted materials. Separate written permission may be required for uses beyond ordinary factual reference. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by AIZeryn LLC and its licensors.

13. Third-Party Marks

Do not combine AIZeryn brand assets with third-party trademarks, logos, or other protected materials in a manner that suggests a relationship or endorsement that does not exist. Each third party remains responsible for obtaining permission to use its own brand assets.

14. Requests for Permission

Requests to use the AIZeryn name, logo, or other brand asset should include: the requesting person's name and organization; a description of the proposed use; the specific AIZeryn asset requested; where and how the asset will appear; the intended audience; the proposed duration of use; a copy, mock-up, or link showing the proposed use.

15. Reporting Improper Use

To report suspected misuse, impersonation, unauthorized affiliation, or inappropriate use of AIZeryn brand assets, contact: info@aizeryn.com. Please include the location of the suspected use, a description of the concern, and any relevant screenshots or supporting information.

16. Changes to These Guidelines

AIZeryn may revise these Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in its brand assets, legal rights, business practices, or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date identifies the most recent revision. Continued use of AIZeryn brand assets after updated Guidelines are published may require compliance with the revised requirements.
