1. Rights You May Have

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
• Request deletion of personal information;
• Request restriction of processing or object to certain processing;
• Request portability of certain personal information;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• Opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing activities where applicable;
• Appeal a decision concerning a privacy-rights request where applicable; and
• Lodge a complaint with a data-protection or privacy regulator.

The rights available to you depend on applicable law and may be subject to exceptions and limitations.

2. How to Submit a Request

Please identify the request you are making and provide enough information for us to understand and respond to it. You may also contact us through the method provided in the Legal & Privacy Contact notice.

3. Information to Include

Where reasonably necessary, please include:

• Your name and contact information;
• The type of request you are making;
• The email address or other information you believe may be associated with your interaction with us; and
• Any additional information that may help us locate the relevant personal information or understand your request.

We will use information submitted with a request only as permitted by applicable law, including to process, verify, document, and respond to the request.

4. Verification

To protect personal information, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that you are the person associated with the request. We will not ask you to provide more information than is reasonably necessary for verification under the circumstances.

If we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request, we may be unable to complete it. We will explain the reason where required by law.

5. Authorized Agents

Where permitted by applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of your authorization and may verify your identity directly with you before responding to the request.

6. Timing and Response

Response timing: we respond within the timeframes required by applicable law — ordinarily within 45 days for California requests and within one month for requests under UK/EU law. If we need more time, we will tell you why and when to expect our response.

If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will explain the basis for the decision where required by law and will provide information about any available appeal process.

7. Appeals and Complaints

Where applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response or contacting us at privacy@aizeryn.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." Please include the request and decision you are appealing.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection or privacy regulator in your place of residence, work, or the location of an alleged violation.

8. No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available to you under applicable law.

9. Relationship to the Privacy Policy

This notice supplements the AIZeryn Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between this notice and applicable law, applicable law controls. Nothing in this notice limits any rights or protections provided by applicable privacy or data-protection law.

10. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or request procedures. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
